Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Engraved, resized, personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, gift-card, and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless defective or materially different from the order. Earrings with opened hygiene seals are not returnable.

Return Process

  1. Email support@lustreandstone.example with your order number, item, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping.
  3. Pack the item securely and use a trackable, insured service.

Unauthorized returns may be refused. For preference-based returns, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

We inspect returns after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post funds.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory changes. Return the original eligible item and place a new order, or contact us for assistance.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before shipment. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins. Shipped orders must follow the return process. Customized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production starts.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve concerns. This does not limit any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
